Personal Development at OBA

OBA is committed to developing each individual through our PSHE programme, careers education, enrichment (both optional and an entitlement to enrichment in the curriculum), character education, form time and assembly programme in addition to providing opportunities for volunteering and social action. Personal development also runs throughout the curriculum as students have access to Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education in all subject areas as well as living and breathing the fundamental British Values in all aspects of school life.
