We’re committed to helping you to plan your future beyond OBA. Our offer to you includes, as a minimum:
- An impartial careers advisor who is in school two days a week
- Support through the Year 9 options process and choosing what to do after Year 11 and Year 13
- Careers education in Lessons for Life
- Work experience in Year 10 and Year 12
- Visiting speakers from a range of employers, education providers, training providers and apprenticeship services, with a promise that you’ll see at least one employer each year
- University visits
- Input from a range of providers of apprenticeship, T-Levels and technical qualifications
- Access to the Unifrog careers website (use your school email to log in)
- Support through the UCAS process, for students applying to university, including a visit to the UCAS conference
- Off-timetable activity days
